Mounting Hardware

Using the correct mounting hardware for attaching items to walls is critical for a solid and stable installation. Wise Guy uses many types of hardware for the unique situation.  When mounting a TV a stud is critical for at least two of the bolts used.  Using a stud finder takes care of this critical step.  Toggle bolts are used where there is a heavy item that needs to be secured to the wall and there is not a stud present in the correct location.  Twist and Lock  drywall anchors are used for installing window treatment curtains  where a strong mount is needed and studs are not present.  For more simple mounting like art and paintings, nails and picture hooks can usually do the job.  If a piece of art does not have the correct hardware on the back side, Wise Guy has an assortment of D hooks and wire that will take care of that necessity.  At the end of the day using the correct hardware is essential for a successful mounting.
